Who we are
Clique is a registered co-operative institution made up of African professionals and skilled individuals as members.
Clique Brokerage Services (Clique) is an Insurance Brokerage founded in 2019 based in
Johannesburg. We offer our valued clients leading edge Insurance solutions. We offer a range of insurance solutions from Short and Long Term Insurance right through to Commercial Insurance. We Offer professional advice and service levels second to none.
Clique was initially founded by its members as a registered Cooperative institution registered under the Cooperatives Act of South Africa, 2005. Our main objective was to assist the members with their financial wellbeing as well as getting them participating in the general South African economy as creators of wealth and not just as mere consumers
Clique later branched out into the insurance brokerage space as a step to growing our presence and footprint within the general financial services industry, but without losing its initial vision.

Our Path to Success
Clique is built on 4 Main Pillars, which also represent the 4 main challenges that the average Black South African is faced with on a regular. Challenges such as
• Not having assets and/or resource ownership
• Not having a savings and/or investment culture
• Not having sufficient access to capital
•Not being sufficiently financially literate
Clique has therefore successfully managed to build a model, for its members that address all of the above challenges.
How it Works
Through the ethos of strength in numbers, Clique is able to negotiate discounts on behalf of its members.
Goods and services such as short-term and long-term insurance products that members were previously paying for individually. For example, members that were previously paying for car insurance premiums on their individual capacities have now saved an average of a combined 40% on their insurance premiums as a result of taking advantage of group discounts derived from insuring their cars as group instead of by themselves.
Such discounts and savings are thereafter invested by Clique to create value for the community. One such example of value created, is the building of reserves to register a fully-fledged short-term insurance company of our own.
Clique also provides its members with free access to financial literacy seminars as well as the sharing of relevant financial insights.
